Networking event

I attended a creative netwrking event held at Leeds college of Art. I found this event on this site http://www.creativenetworksyorkshire.co.uk/events/event/49
The event was a business network event for creative media careers. It was to for you to talk to the people already in the industry and to get advice from them.
There were a few stalls set up in the cafe. I managed to talk to Ha Smith, a business development manager at the Elsie Whiteley innovation centre. She explained that it offers a quality vibrant environment where innovative businesses can develeop.
I took some leaflets that provided discriptions and contact numbers for other media related businesses.
I thought the event was useful and interesting.
